E.D.I.T. is an empowering 8-week Mindset Transformation Coaching Program tailored for women seeking personal and professional growth. This program helps you identify and overcome false mental narratives and negative labels that hinder your growth and progress.

Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll engage in reflective self-exploration, challenging and reshaping thought patterns to uncover your truth, leading to your best self. By dispelling misconceptions and embracing your true identity, you’ll gain clarity preparing you to thrive mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With your new self-awareness, you will be empowered for greater impact.

E.D.I.T is a virtual, cohort-based program designed to include expert guidance AND small group support and engagement.

The E.D.I.T. Transformation Coaching Program is now available in two formats:

E.D.I.T. Program Overview

Virtual, group coaching sessions will last 2 hours each week.

Throughout the program, you’ll have access to:

  • One-on-One Coaching: Personalized sessions with your coach.

  • Resource Materials: Workbooks, articles, and videos to support your learning.

  • Community Support: A supportive network of women on similar journeys.

This structure ensures a comprehensive approach to transforming your mindset, empowering you to thrive in all areas of your life.

Weekly Schedule

Week 1: Preparation For the Journey

  • Orientation: Get to know the program, your coach, and fellow participants, accountability partners

  • Self-Assessment: Reflect on current thought patterns and beliefs

  • The Uncovering: What is your story?

Week 2: Understand the Root of Negative Thinking

  • Expose False Narratives

  • Understand the Impact of False Labels on Mindset and behavior

  • Workshops: Learn to recognize and articulate false narratives

Week 3: Deep Self-Exploration

  • Name the dreams and goals hindered by negative thinking

  • Journaling: Document your thoughts and feelings

  • Group Discussions: Share experiences and strategies with accountability partner and peers

Week 4: Dispelling Misconceptions and Challenge Negative Labels and Narratives

  • Interactive Sessions: Engage in activities to question and challenge negative labels

  • Guided Meditation: Practice mindfulness to connect with your inner self

  • Journaling: Write a letter to self to express your inner thoughts and releasing exercise

Week 5: Cognitive Restructuring: Techniques to reframe negative thoughts

  • Understanding individual value and self worth

  • Role-Playing: Practice new ways of thinking in real-life scenarios

Week 6: Embracing Your True Self

  • Impart New Knowledge

  • Self-Discovery Exercises: Activities to uncover your authentic self

  • Affirmations: Develop positive affirmations to reinforce new beliefs

Week 7: Building a Supportive Network

  • Developing and growing confidence

  • Networking: Connect with like-minded women for mutual support

  • Mentorship: Opportunities to find and become a mentor

Week 8: Thriving and Moving Forward

  • Action Plan: Create a personalized plan to maintain progress

  • Exercises to build resilience

  • Action Plan on how to move forward with dreams and goals named in week 2

  • Celebration: Reflect on your journey and celebrate your achievements
